The clients assume a full
financial liability for any
damages to the limousine caused
during the rental by them or any
members of their party.
Drug use is prohibited by
law. Any fines will be paid by
the customer.
No smoking is allowed by state law in any of our limousines.
The driver has the right to
terminate the run without a
refund (if there is a blatant
indiscretion on the part of the
client(s).
Rezilla Limo LLC is not liable
in the event of mechanical
breakdown during a charter and
will be responsible only
for making up the lost time at a
mutually agreed date.

responsibility for delayed
travel time due to unforeseen
weather, traffic, road
conditions (for example, unsafe
road conditions in winter, or
delays beyond our control.

Limo LLC is not responsible for
articles left in the limousines.
