All trips require a valid credit card to hold the
reservation. Down payment of 30% is taken for all charters at the time of booking
and is non-refundable. An automatic gratuity of at least 20% is applicable to all
point to point or chartered trips. For all trips (with exceptions of airports,
weddings and proms), you need to cancel your reservations no later than 24 hours
prior to the pick up time, otherwise a full charge will occur.
